Project Architect Role
- Collaborate with architecture and interior design teams as well as outside consultants, clients, and other representatives to meet project goals on a variety of project types.
- Support Principals and Senior Project Managers for project delivery from pre-design services through construction administration.
- Perform additional tasks to meet project goals including coordinating drawings and deliverables, actively participating in design and construction meetings, code reviews, project scheduling, etc.
Job Requirements
- Strong aesthetic design skills
- Team Player with passion and enthusiasm for architecture, interiors, and sustainable design
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture
- Minimum five years of experience in architecture – a registered architect is desired but not required for the position
- Proficient in REVIT, AutoCAD Architecture, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with supervision as part of a team
- Ability to work to meet established deadlines
