This architectural project involved the construction of a privately owned 21,000 square feet air hangar at Redmond Municipal Airport in Redmond, OR. Designed to accommodate a Gulfstream G550, the hangar also features a private garage, office space, kitchen, sleeping quarters, and a restroom/showroom. The hangar provides a secure and weather-protected environment, while the garage ensures the safety of personal vehicles. The office space offers a professional setting for business activities, and the kitchen, sleeping quarters, and restroom/showroom provide comfort and convenience for the owner and guests. This project combines functionality, luxury, and privacy.

The project required close coordination with Redmond Municipal Airport, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and the City of Redmond. The design and construction process adhered to airport regulations and security protocols set by the TSA, ensuring compliance and safety.
