The 14,200 SF facility is shared by Mosaic Medical Clinic (which provides Primary Care including acute care, preventive care, chronic disease management and women’s health) and the Crook County Health Department. The Clinic includes small “Community Outreach” rooms for training and teaching, a Tobacco Prevention and Education area and various other shared purpose rooms including a dental operatory.
