Located in the Old Mill District in Bend, this contemporary ‘Mass Timber’ building will be the new headquarters for the Mid Oregon Credit Union. STEELE designed and managed the development of this beautiful three-story, 17,000 sf building that will provide offices for the Credit Union’s executive staff and contain a bank with drive-up ATM on the ground floor. STEELE partnered with Sunwest Builders to source the mass timber framing from the Pacific Northwest to support local industry and mitigate the logistical carbon footprint.
