STEELE designed this four-story mixed-use building on the corner of Bond and Greenwood in Downtown Bend. The features include a contextually sensitive masonry exterior, a strong corner entrance and a landscaped fourth floor terrace. Tenant design services included architectural and interior design for a Bar & Grill, a local law firm and 2nd and 3rd floor suites.
