STEELE worked closely with long-time client Empire Construction & Development to design this highly efficient 4-story mixed-use building on a small site in Redmond, Oregon. The building offers commercial/retail space on the ground floor and beautiful apartments on the second through fourth floors.

 The apartments have balconies and outstanding views of Smith Rock and the Cascade Mountains, and all can enjoy the amazing roof top deck.
