Boone Ridge Independent Living features 142 units that provide a combination of unit types for independent living. This project is located in the heart of the Willamette Valley, on a hillside with spectacular mountain views. With a focus on resort style living, it is comprised of multiple amenity spaces including outdoor patio and game spaces, gardens, a movie theater, bowling alley, gym with yoga room, physical therapy, and pool, library, art studio, workshop, chapel, and a mountain view bar with demonstration kitchen. To promote a healthy work environment for those employed at Boone Ridge, the building also features a large daycare. Exterior materials we inspired by the local vernacular, with an emphasis on a timeless modern interior. It is comprised of 4 stories of senior housing and amenity spaces for a total of 157,000 SF.
