Wiley Creek Memory Care is a new state-of-the-art memory care facility in Sweet Home, Oregon. The design is based on two twin neighborhoods, each with their own interior courtyard, thoughtfully arranged around a central core. The building accommodates 32 units with 48 beds in 27,000 square feet. The central core includes the lobby, administrative offices, a visitation suite, laundry and support spaces, and a common kitchen providing elegant meals in the beautiful daylit dining and activity rooms for each neighborhood. Additional vaulted and daylit activity rooms are provided at each end of the neighborhoods providing multiple options for residents to engage with each other and participate in numerous fun activities.
