Clatskanie PUD’s new headquarters is a 9.05 acre campus development including a 2-story, 19,000 SF Administration Building housing multiple operations, management and service departments. Some of the sustainable design features include LED exterior lighting, low maintenance landscaping with native vegetation, rain garden filtration system for storm water, and solar-powered hot-water.
