SAA designed this new 26,000 SF building that houses the Technology Department (including the new computer system server room for the County’s entire network), Archives and Information and the Building Services Department. The handsome, well-articulated masonry building is designed for flexibility and durability while providing the County with a cost effective project. Steele Associates provided programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding assistance and construction administration for this project. The project was not only delivered on time it was also delivered within budget featuring zero change orders.
